Scope of Services. Through this Site, Tobacco & Vape - Augusta markets and arranges Hookah Lounge, E-liquid Store, Vape Products, Hookah Tobacco, Premium Cigars, Vape Juice. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tobacco & Vape - Augusta's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Tobacco & Vape - Augusta in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Tobacco & Vape - Augusta harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. GA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in GA.
